Come to this amazing canning workshop and make your own Watermelon Jelly. Faye Brown will lead the class in making the jelly using a water bath method.

Jelly will be labeled and available to pick up at the Mahony Family Library (300 Summit Ave, El Dorado, AR 71730) starting on Friday, August 4, 2023. Library hours are M-Th 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM and F 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

It is very important to register for class. Classes are limited. The payment is not registration. There are two separate links.
