This Registration/Application is for the new PTK member only. You must fill out the registration/application to be a PTK member. You are not required to attend the ceremony.

Family can attend with you, but do not register them or pay for them to attend.

There is a one-time membership fee of $70.00 paid for by the applicant. You can pay your membership fee at the SouthArk Bookstore in person or online at https://bookstore.southark.edu/ptk-phi-theta-kappa-membership-credit. Sadly, we cannot accept applications or fees after our Friday, November 3, 2023, deadline.

Our chapter is proud of you and your academic success.  Your discipline and effort have paid off in high grades.  Thus, we want to honor you and celebrate your achievement at our new member induction ceremony on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 6:00 pm at the SouthArk Library Auditorium.  Please invite your friends and family to attend. The ceremony will last about 30 minutes.
