Cajun Classics: Crawfish Etouffee and Crawfish Monica
Instructor Cathy Harrell, a New Orleans Native, will introduce your palate to some Cajun staples. In the first of these 5-part series, you will learn about crawfish and create two staples: crawfish etouffee and crawfish Monica. The 5-part series will be $100, or $20 per class. Class payments can be made to the SouthArk Bookstore located on the first floor of the El Dorado Conference Center or can be paid via phone by calling 870.864.7163. Class size is limited and registration is required.
