SouthArk Community Education Presents MAYHAW JELLY MAKING. Join Paula Kinnaird as she teaches the Southern Traditional Art of Jelly Making.  In this class you will learn how to cook and strain the Mayhaw berry juice, then turn that juice into Mayhaw Jelly!  DATE: Monday, February 15, 2021.  TIME: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. LOCATION: SouthArk Culinary Lab, Room 149 inside the McGehee Building (East Campus), 3696 E.
